Does a horse fart? Does a spider? A whale? An octopus? A unicorn?

I confess that I have not been actively seeking the answers to these questions. Yet Does it Fart? provides them in an interesting and, at times, surprising ways.

Although I’ve outgrown the fart jokes (at least that is what I keep telling myself), I found this book to be both funny and informative. I also enjoyed the illustrations of various animals grinning cheekily as they let one (or several) slip.

For any Illinoisan readers, Does it Fart? is a nominee for the 2022 Bluestem Award (3-5th grade level books).
