Baby Billy is born with an amazing gift: a full mustache. This does not worry his parents at first because the facial hair leads the baby to do heroic “good-guy” things, such as pretending to be a cowboy or a police officer. However as Billy starts to grow, so does his mustache. The ends begin to curl up in a sinister fashion and soon the boy turns to a life of crime, becoming a cat burglar (literally) and a “cereal” criminal. His villainy threatens to land him behind (crib) bars.
